Overview

Within most organisations change is a constant theme. Whether the change is viewed as positive or negative, people have to go through a process of 'transition' to adapt to the change and recognise the impact it has. This programme was designed to enable you to consider the impact of change and how you can lead others and support yourself effectively through the process. It looked at different responses to change and how these can be harnessed. It was designed to help you identify actions which can enable you to lead and influence change more effectively and ensure you are equipped to deal with change both personally and professionally.
