Learn 2 Lead

A 6-month programme developing networks of diverse young leaders from across Cumbria to learn from each other, share best practice, develop their leadership skills and build vital support networks.

Our range of short courses have been designed to help you respond to the changing landscape of the work place. All courses are delivered online or at our Cockermouth office and can be tailored and delivered to your team.

Development Workshops

Working with local business partners to create a week-long work awareness experience that simulates work-based challenges and gives them an opportunity to develop leadership, teamwork, communication and organisation skills. Such as Projx and Elements.
