Short Courses– our range of short courses have been designed to help you respond to the changing landscape of the work place. All courses are currently delivered online and can be tailored and delivered to your team.
Leader to Leader– Leaders from a range of sectors form a diverse learning cohort to share experiences including time spent shadowing one another to learn more about other industries and gain an insight into other leadership styles and approaches.
Lean Forum– your organisation can become a member of the Cumbria Lean/ Continuous Improvement Forum, joining other Cumbrian organisation to attend Lean Forum events sharing ideas and thinking around Lean.
Bespoke- we tailor our development work to suit you and your organisations needs.
Volunteering opportunities – From inspiring the next generation to running workshops. We are looking for volunteers to assist our young people programmes.
Bright Stars– an amazing opportunity for budding entrepreneurs to work alongside businesses to develop their own business idea into a fully fledged business raising money for their school and chosen charity.
Dream Placement– a leadership development programme for 16-18 year olds who participate in a series of events to help increase their awareness of career options, meet employers and develop their skills and confidence in readiness for the workplace.
Bespoke work awareness schemes– Working with local business partners to create a week-long work awareness experience that simulates work-based challenges and gives them an opportunity to develop leadership, teamwork, communication and organisation skills. Such as Projx and Elements.
Primary Business Partnership- Provides a free matchmaking service between local businesses and schools in Allerdale and Copeland. You or your company can help build the future and benefit too.
