Dream Placement 2022 – huge success and what’s next?

More than 60 teenagers joined Cumbrian businesses for Dream Placement 2022

DP2023 – To further widen participation, Cumbria County Council’s Allerdale Local Committee has funded CforLP to deliver additional support to 20 ‘hard to reach’ young people from Allerdale and Copeland, who may not automatically see Dream Placement as an opportunity for them. The support will encourage their participation in the Dream Placement programme and provide personal development.

Dream Placement is Cumbria’s unique leadership and business experience programme organised by the Centre for Leadership Performance in collaboration with companies, schools and colleges across the county, and funded by local businesses.A record 38 employers ranging from local SMEs to multinational companies interviewed almost 100 motivated and ambitious 16-18 year olds in December, at the end of an inclusive selection and development process that resulted in the highest ever number of Dream Placement teenagers being selected.

NEW Dream Placement Ambassador Programme– CforLP is reinvesting revenues to continue its commitment to supporting the leaders of tomorrow. More information coming soon.
