The Ladder of Learning

The Centre for Leadership Performance works to build leadership aspirations, potential and capabilities for the people of Cumbria because we believe better leadership means better lives for everyone. Over the past decade we have collaborated with educators, businesses, and young people to co-create, develop and deliver programmes that nurture aspirations, ignite ambitions and enhance leadership capability from Primary School to Board Room, providing opportunities for our leadership community to learn together and from one another.

We believe that leadership isn’t a job role or a position or a special person – leadership is for everyone.
