The world of work is in a constant state of flux and change and more than ever we need to consider our resilience which enables us to cope with challenges and the potential work and life overload.
Resilient people acknowledge their situations, learn from their mistakes and move on. Resilience involves a range of behaviours, thoughts and actions, all of which can be learned and developed.
Raising resilience contributes to improved self-esteem, sense of control over life events, sense of purpose in life and improved employee interpersonal relationships.

This workshop will be facilitated by Kathryn Jackson, a personal development coach. A safe space of rapport and trust, in a non-judgemental environment will empower the learners to clarify what matters to them and identify and focus on goals whilst overcoming barriers to develop personal growth and increase performance.
