This course explores mental and emotional wellbeing and shares practical tips and tools, helping you to talk about and promote positive changes in the workplace.

 
Course Objectives

Upon completion of this workshop, delegates will be able to:

  • Articulate the link between good mental health, wellbeing and performance
  • Identify the conditions needed to improve mental and emotional wellbeing
  • Identify the signs of poor mental health and how to address them
  • Implement work practices that promote positive mental health

This course will cover:

  • How to audit current work practices, do they promote or prevent wellbeing?
  • Having conversations about mental and emotional health
  • Simple everyday work practices that improve mental and emotional health
  • Neuroscience insights on how to boost creativity, focus and resilience
  • Identifying appropriate sources of support for staff
