Personal Brand is how you appear to the world. It's about self-packaging. What package would you like to present to your customers, your colleagues or anyone else for that matter? Personal Branding helps us to communicate who we are and what we stand for. This work shop will help you to identify the kind of leader you want to be and how to communicate that to others.

If you want to improve your business relationships, increase your customer base, and gain greater respect as a leader then this workshop is undoubtedly for you.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Understand what Personal Brand means
  • Identify what you stand for and what's important to you
  • Establish personal vision, mission and goals
  • Articulate the personal brand you'd like to create
  • Undertake a gap analysis between how you'd like to be seen and how you are currently seen
  • Create a Personal Brand action plan

During the workshop we will cover:

  • What is a personal brand?
  • Authenticity, trust and congruence
  • What image would I like to project and why?
  • Is that image aligned with my values?
  • Once I'm clear on my brand how do I manage it and what more do I need to learn?
