The reality of today's workplace is having to deal with ongoing complexity, pace of change and uncertainty. Leaders who adopt Mindful practice are able to become more resourceful, more resilient, less rushed, less stressed, less judgemental of self and others. Mindfulness is gaining more and more respect for its effectiveness in improving wellbeing, relationships and performance at work.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this workshop, delegates will be able to:

    Understand what Mindfulness is and isn't
    Learn how to become a Mindful manager/leader
    Understand what it means to be 'present'
    Learn the importance of 'purpose'
    Explore the key themes of mindful practice
    Apply mindfulness to everyday situations
    Identify actions to become a more mindful leader

Course Content

During the workshop we will cover:

    Activities to improve focus
    How to handle emotions with greater ease
    Bring more clarity to decision making
    Interact with colleagues more effectively
    Communication styles
    Bringing greater awareness and attention to meetings/emails/presentations etc.
    How to lead and manage with a clearer intention and purpose
