Developing Resilience — for You and Your Team

This interactive workshop is designed to enable participants to take a step back from the daily pressures and invest time in resilience building activities. It draws upon the latest thinking from positive psychology and aims to equip leaders with the ability to develop tools and techniques to look after themselves and share those tools and techniques with their team.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this workshop, delegates will be able to:

  • Understand that resilient attitudes and habits can be learned
  • Identify proactive strategies to develop resilience and buffer against stress
  • Bounce back from adversity quicker, using difficulty as a source of learning and growth
  • Raise awareness of tools and exercises for improving resilience skills
  • Clarify actions to develop resilience both individually and within teams

Course Content

During the workshop you will:

  • Explore the key factors that contribute to our resilience
  • Assess current resilience levels
  • Identify burnout triggers and how to manage these more effectively
  • Practice proactive techniques to develop resilience
  • Use tools which will help learn from adversity and move on
  • Create a resilience plan for your team
