How do you manage the mental health of your work force? How comfortable are you talking about mental health and the impact it has on our work? Mental wellbeing has a positive impact on employee satisfaction, motivation and performance and understanding how to create a work environment that enhances our mental health is invaluable. We also need to understand our responsibilities when people experience poor mental health.

This course explored both sides of mental health and shared practical tools for raising the profile of mental health in your organisation, helping you to talk about it constructively and implement appropriate work practices.
