Effective leaders don't fill a room, they leave room for others to grow.

Daniel Goleman believes that leaders who coach deliver sustainable results. A recent report revealed that leaders and managers who use coaching with their teams experience 67% more engagement, 65% improved productivity and 61% better communication compared with non-coaching managers.
