Craig is originally from Aspatria and prior to joining the Centre for Leadership Performance worked in secondary education and in the rail and construction industry.

A passionate advocate for developing people, Craig has experience in both Learning and Development roles as well as Technical Training. He is also a qualified teacher for French and German.

He is delighted to be able to join the Centre and help to develop Cumbria’s leaders and workforce. “People are at the very heart of every organisation and helping to ensure that they perform well and are supported is the key to success.”

Craig will focus on growing bespoke workplace training, designing, and delivering tailored programmes to meet the needs of local businesses. He will also be involved in the short course programmes and the Leader2Leader programme.
