Liz Hodgson

Operations Manager

Born and raised in Cumbria, Liz began her career working at a local estate agency in Penrith where she acquired successful negotiating skills and gained invaluable experience in customer service.  Liz moved to West Cumbria in 2002 and following a 12 year career break to raise her two daughters she returned to work in the engineering and manufacturing sector at Workington based TSP Engineering, supporting the CEO in the role of Personal Assistant and Marketing Communications Lead for over four years.

Most recently, Liz worked for Carr’s Engineering, a division of Carr’s Group Plc, in the role of Executive Assistant where she coordinated the work of the global engineering division whilst supporting the divisional Managing Director.

Liz joined the CfLP team in April 2021 as Business Manager and has progressed into a new role as Operations Manager.  She enjoys a varied role and is passionate about stakeholder engagement and getting the job done right; she has a high level of attention to detail, integrity and a positive approach and strives to maintain an exceptional standard.
