Cumbrian Lean Forum Goes Virtual

The Cumbrian Lean Forum met virtually for the fist time in October 2020. Thank you to Emma Porter and Daniel Smithson from Story Contracting Limited for hosting our first virtual Cumbria Lean/CI Forum event.

Today’s topic was collaborative planning and involved volunteers taking on roles in a kitchen extension project.

Today’s forum was attended by 22 members from 18 different Cumbrian companies/departments.
