We have teamed up with Sellafield Ltd and One AIM to provide bursaries for local leaders to enable them to take part in an eight-month development programme. Bursaries are available for leaders from small business and third sector leaders in Copeland and Allerdale.
Leader to Leader is an eight-month leadership development programme aimed at senior leaders who want to improve their leadership capability in a collaborative and practical way. The course is run by a local not for profit The Centre for Leadership Performance.
The programme offers a highly individual learning journey with time for reflection, observation and application of learning back in the workplace. The eight months allow a gradual, evolving approach with many opportunities to problem solve and integrate learning in a practical and business-focused way with the support of other local leaders.

Applications are open from 27th November 2020 to 12th February 2021. Those chosen for a bursary will be notified by 26th February 2021.
Please note there are no bursary places remaining for Cohort 12 that starts in March. There are a few remaining places available for non bursary delegates.
