This dynamic and responsive 8 month programme combines an initial 2 day residential to build a learning network, followed by bite size ‘leadership nuggets’ to inspire action, a shared consultancy challenge to embed some of the learning, 1:1 coaching to accelerate personal growth and a resource repository for deep-dives into areas of personal interest.
