Leading Change – Morgan Sindall Infrastructure

The Leading Change Programme is brought to you by the Centre for Leadership Performance (CforLP), a not-for-profit leadership development company working to develop Cumbria’s Leaders for Today and Tomorrow.

The programme also provides opportunities for employers to seek young people’s views on some of today’s key challenges and for young people to be part of the solutions.

We are thrilled to be building on the success of this programme, working in partnership with Morgan Sindall Infrastructure who are funding a Leading Change programme. This bespoke Leading Change programme aims to seek young people’s views on the environmental challenges linked to the recycling of protective equipment (PPE).

The programme will be open to sixth form students at Cockermouth School who are keen to engage in this exciting environmental campaign project. The programme will see participants work alongside employers[JU(1]  from Morgan Sindall Infrastructure and their supply chain who will input expert advice and guidance linked to their Leading Change campaign ideas.

This innovative eight-week programme is managed by CforLP and delivered in partnership with Morgan Sindall Infrastructure. CforLP will act as coach and mentor throughout the programme to support young people with their personal development and work alongside the Morgan Sindall Infrastructure team and partners who will guide the students through various sessions, providing focused input and expertise as they develop their campaign ideas.

The programme will provide opportunities for young people to have their voices heard, lead positive environmental change and provide Morgan Sindall Infrastructure and their teams with invaluable information and ideas that could be made a reality!

Every participant will have access to resources, information, and support from CforLP’s experienced team and have the opportunity to be part of the Cumbria Future Leaders Network
