The programme has been designed to be inclusive for all students in Year 10 across West Cumbria. Elements 2021

The project brief for 2021 will ask the students to focus on designing a system for workplaces that: generate renewable electricity; stores the energy for when needed; delivers energy to cars through some form of charge point.

In 2035 petrol powered cars will no longer be sold in the UK, from which point the electric car will become the most common means of personal transport. West Cumbria currently has one of the lowest level of charge-points in the UK.

If you would like to get involved please don’t hesitate to contact us.
