Leader 2 Leader

Leaders from a range of sectors form a diverse learning cohort to share experiences including time spent shadowing one another to learn more about other industries and gain an insight into other leadership styles and approaches.

Our range of short courses have been designed to help you respond to the changing landscape of the work place. All courses are delivered online or at our Cockermouth office and can be tailored and delivered to your team.
