Support with setting up and project managing a county-wide business forum
How did CfLP help with this need?
During the early days, identifying possible Forum members from their extensive business contacts and leading the first session (where we agreed the structure of the Forum). Since then project managing the Forum, including planning events, coordinating communication with members, surveying member opinion, etc. They have also hosted valuable sessions at their base in Cockermouth. We now have a thriving Cumbria Lean & Continuous Improvement Forum, with >20 (paying) member companies and 4 well-attended events each year. Very high member satisfaction results.

Much improved networking & sharing of Lean & CI knowledge right across Cumbria.
