The Centre for Leadership Performance runs a range of projects and programmes that rely on dedicated volunteers. Whether you have just 30 minutes to spare or are willing to contribute to a whole programme, every bit of your time plays a pivotal role in helping our mission to develop Cumbria’s leader for today and tomorrow. There’s no regular commitment required, and every moment spent volunteering contributes to valuable learning experiences for all involved!
CforLP believes there are many ways to develop your leadership skills; some of this can be from formal training and courses, but sometimes the best way to develop these skills is to put them into practice through our many volunteering opportunities.
