CforLP collaborates with local businesses and organisations to create programmes for developing life skills, confidence, and career aspirations in young people. Our offerings include leadership masterclasses, enterprise schemes, social action programmes, and work awareness initiatives like ProjX and Dream Placement. Programmes For Educators
Do you need help to motivate or upskill your team? We offer a number of development programmes that are relevant to teachers, where they can meet and learn with other local leaders. We can also design a programme tailored to your needs and offer workshops for staff on a range of topics from resilience to coaching skills and provide leadership training for your school or college council.
Young People Resources
Are you a young person looking for resources or opportunities for career-related learning? We have a range of FREE resources and opportunities for young people aged 16-30 through our Cumbria Future Leaders service and thanks to funding from Cumbria Community Foundation we can also offer tailored support and guidance.
