Working With Young People

We actively engage with individuals at various stages of their journey, including primary-aged participants in our award-winning social enterprise competition, Bright Stars; primary schools benefiting from our free Primary Business Partnership (PBP) matchmaking service; collaborative programmes with local businesses for young people aged 13-18; Early Career support for those aged 18-30; and training and development opportunities for individuals already in the workplace, building an inclusive lifelong leadership journey.
