What is Cumbria Future Leaders?

Cumbria Future Leaders (CFL) was created by the Centre for Leadership Performance to engage Cumbria’s young adults and support them as they transition into employment or higher education. Your Future.Here is an exciting initiative funded by Sellafield Ltd and managed by the CforLP on behalf of Cumbria Future Leaders steering group and partners.
