Innovative Work Awareness Programme

WHAT IS ELEMENTS?

Showcasing ELEMENTS of engineering disciplines & STEM careers. Working on behalf of Sellafield Ltd to deliver the innovative work awareness programme Elements, bringing together students from different schools with employees from Sellafield Ltd and the supply chain to work on a challenge that required an engineering solution. While taking part in the 1 week programme, young people in their teams focus on providing a technical solution or recommendation to their ‘client’ they also benefit from intensive support to develop leadership, collaboration, creativity and resilience skills, provided by CforLP whilst gaining an insight into careers at Sellafield and the skills required.
