The Centre works to develop Cumbria’s leaders for today and tomorrow, we work across Cumbria from Primary age to Retirement to create an inclusive lifelong leadership learning journey. Much of our work relies on our wonderful network of volunteers to inspire others whilst developing their own skills and networks in the process.
