Andrew Dodds is the Social Enterprise Manager at All Together Cumbria, a community interest company investing in providing the people of Cumbria with opportunities and access to employment. It is led by a management committee comprising Inspira, Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Sellafield Ltd and Westlakes Recruit.
Prior to All Together Cumbria, Andrew was part of the senior leadership team at Carlisle College, latterly as Assistant Principal.
Throughout his career Andrew has specialised in the fields of Marketing, Communications and Business Development, with a clear link to organisations focussed on enhancing skills and employability. This is an area he is passionate about and makes him a keen advocate of CforLP’s ambition to support lifelong leadership learning in Cumbria.
