Operations Manager

Heidi has recently joined the Centre for Leadership Performance in the role of Operations Manager.

Heidi is an accomplished HR generalist with over 20 years’ experience working in HR and Operational Management related roles.  Adopting a very pragmatic approach Heidi has a wealth of experience and skill in employee relations & engagement, learning & development, performance & reward, organisational & operational management, recruitment, talent planning and the management of staff.

Heidi has always lived and worked in West Cumbria and is excited to be joining CforLP to help support the team in harnessing and developing the skills of the future within Cumbria. Heidi’s previous roles include TPM Facilitation, Business Adviser, Head of HR and Head of Business Services.

“I am thrilled to be joining the team – learning and development has featured in every job I’ve had supporting both SME’s and larger organisations in the nuclear, training and manufacturing sectors in Cumbria.  I am passionate about ensuring people are given the right tools to carry out their roles to the best of their ability.  I am proud to say that I have lived and worked in Cumbria all of my life and look forward to bringing my knowledge and experience to the team”.
